Kim Cousin was with Wells Fargo for almost 20 years holding titles during that span of Manager of Corporate Recruiting, Director of California Local Government Relations, and Strategic Planning Manager for the Wells Fargo Government Relations Department. In that role she was responsible for leading the departmental effort to increase team member civic engagement activities, managing the Wells Fargo Employee Political Action Committee (PAC) membership drive, and overseeing government relations communications efforts with team members. In her final role at Wells Fargo, Cousin was a Senior Vice-President who led the Office of the President, for the Auto Dealer Services Group. In that role, she led large operations teams charged with providing resolutions to escalated customer complaints received from regulators, attorneys and directly from customers. Cousin also served several years as the Chair of the Wells Fargo Dallas-Ft. Worth Black/African-American Connection Team Member Network.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Cousin held roles at the Monsanto Corporation, St. Louis 2004 Not-for-Profit, the City of Minneapolis, MN, and the Minnesota House of Representatives, and the City of Oklahoma City. Cousin has also served on the board of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County, the local PTA and is a proud supporter of Hope Park. Kim has been a public speaker at women’s networking events across the DFW market. Since 1987, Kim has been a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated – a public service sorority.

Justina is a critically acclaimed writer, producer, and performer of screen, stage and print. Walford was formerly the A.D. of Split.Id Stage Performances in Hollywood. During that time, she produced a dozen full-length productions and countless one-night shows, many of which were her original work. Justina left Los Angeles for New York City and began creating with husband John Wildman, including writing and producing the horror thriller, The LADIES OF THE HOUSE, shot in Dallas. A past board member for Sunday Assembly NYC and Women in Film Dallas and current board member of the Asian Film Festival Dallas, Walford has built a reputation for bringing people together.

Melinda Guravich’s expertise is creating and implementing tightly-integrated marketing strategies, building marketing departments from scratch and helping U.S. companies go global. Her career includes a decade in global marketing at Mary Kay Inc., creating marketing departments for a social impact tech company and for the Dallas Foundation, and consulting. While earning an MBA in international management from Thunderbird, she interned at Cairo Today magazine in Egypt. Melinda’s had a lifelong passion for learning about other cultures and connecting people across borders and is fascinated with the power of film to tell stories around the world.

Lisa is a film producer and attorney, who has worked on several feature, short and commercial projects. Before transitioning into film production, Lisa was a senior attorney at a global law firm representing Fortune 100 companies and emerging businesses alike in all aspects of trademark and copyright law. But it was her time working as a paralegal at Human Rights Initiative, where she helped asylum seekers and immigrant victims of domestic violence, that fostered her commitment to public service and community, which she carries forward as she continues to support both the immigrant and arts communities.

With over 20 years of video, film and media experience, Stacy Thiele has a way of making things happen. She ascended to the thrones of executive management at AMS Pictures where she was responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring creative and technical team members. She managed to lead the company to be an industry leader in the DFW market with large growth areas in overall company revenue and profits. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Iowa State University and minors in German and History, Stacy also received her Associates of Applied Science, Video Production from the Art Institute of Dallas. Since leaving her top leadership position with AMS Pictures, Stacy has focused and refined her business skills as a Strategy and Operations Business Consultant.

As a writer, speaker, and conversation starter, Erin understands how storytelling can start a powerful domino effect. She is the Executive Producer of WONDER WOMEN! THE UNTOLD STORY OF AMERICAN SUPERHEROINES, an award-winning documentary that tells the story of Wonder Woman’s creation, explores her enduring popularity, and examines how the portrayal of female action heroes in mass media has shifted from decade to decade, depending on developments in broader American society. The film also encourages girls and women to be the creators of their own media. 

Erin is also the founder of Girls That Create, a resource for the caregivers of creative girls. The site offers posts for developing creative thinking, boosting confidence, growing skill sets and constructing beneficial environments. In many ways it’s like a STEM resource site, but for the arts.
